Our transformative programmes
A non-for-profit organisation formed in 2025, the Aim Higher Academy delivers tailored programmes designed to foster opportunity, growth, confidence, health, learning, and mentorship with youth, young adults and coaches. We work closely with sports clubs, schools, youth justice and community groups to provide activities and mentoring that contribute to positive and enjoyable outcomes for participants, and creating pathways to development, employment and lifelong success.
Aim Higher in SPORT!
Our popular sporting programmes engage participants, students and community members, promoting teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyles, all while developing essential life skills. We can develop and coach high-performance athletes, or simply just help to boost health, enjoyment and engagement levels for recreational participants. Whatever the approach, we focus on contributing to an overall healthier and happier society.
Aim Higher as a COACH!
We mentor sports coaches, and other sports providers individually, or as part of a group. All solutions are tailored to the coach or provider needs, with individualised coaching diagnostics, detailed planning support, coaching analysis and review, reflection tools and performance analysis, plus more. We believe that excellent coaching is essential for good performance or enjoyable participation, and is a hugely important factor.

Aim Higher in CLASS!
We provide structured academic support, helping students to monitor their progress and achieve their full potential in school. Decreasing standards of numeracy and literacy are always a topic of fierce debate and it is thought approximately 33% of school students nationwide need more support in this area. Using our network of teachers, we offer options that are tailored to the needs of education providers and the individual(s).
