Aim Higher Academy Rugby League Development Clinic – Yanco-Wamoon Hawks

The Aim Higher Academy Roadshow is coming to Leeton these school holidays, providing young players and coaches with access to the same core skills and unit skills training methods used by NRL development programmes.

Led by Lee Addison, Managing Director of Aim Higher Academy, this session will focus on developing the fundamental skills that underpin successful rugby league players and teams. With more than 27 years of coaching experience across NRL clubs, World Cups and elite school programmes, Lee has coached numerous current NRL players including James Tedesco, Mitch Moses, Jake Trbojevic and Ronaldo Mulitalo.

Participants will learn:

• Core rugby league skills used at elite levels
• Position-specific and unit skills training
• Decision-making and game understanding
• Practical coaching concepts used within professional environments
• Training methods that can be taken back to local clubs

The programme will also feature local coach Kye Longford, who has been mentored through the Aim Higher Academy coaching development pathway and will play a lead role throughout the clinic.
